Course Description: This class teaches the students the basic concept of cordial making

 

Learning Objectives: By the end of this class, students will:

1. Know the use of cordials in “period”

2. Be knowledgeable of the equipment necessary for simple cordial making

3. Understand the process for making a simple fruit cordial (ie. Lemon)
