Course Description: In Assisi Embroidery, also known as voided work, the design is left unstitched and the background is filled in. This course will provide the student with the skills necessary to begin and complete a simple Assisi work design.

 

Learning Objectives: By the end of this class, students should be able to:

Be familiar with the materials for use in an Assisi embroidery project

Read and follow an Assisi embroidery diagram.

Begin embroidering a simple Assisi embroidery design.
